Refunds will be credited to the buyer's credit card or may be used as a credit for further purchases. There will be no cash refunds.

Shipping
All items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS ground shipping is free of charge. Other forms of UPS shipping such as next day or two day air are available. The cost of shipping other than UPS ground will be charged to the customer. Items are processed within one business day and generally shipped within 3 days.
